WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

-Being passionate about the vehicles we specialize in and sale

-Focusing on building excellent relationships with the clients who are interested in our products

-Providing excellent service to our clients and transparency to clients

-Selling our products to clients following our sales process

-Studying our products and actively improving knowledge of the product to teach clients about the products

-Utilizing our sales tools such as CRM to log all of the client's information and details about selling our products

-Constantly seeking to improve skills to increase sales volume and client relationships

-Demonstrating features of the vehicles to our clients

-Providing test drives to qualified clients

-Knowing all of our aftermarket products and educating our clients on the benefits of them

-Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales

-Managing any concerns or issues with clients and seeking solutions to correct them

-Arrange for delivery of the vehicle.

-Research availability of models and optional equipment.

-Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

-Participate in required training.

-Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.

-Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.

-Comply with company policies and procedures.

-Observe all Federal, State, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

-Introduce all new customers to the Service Department and schedule their first service with Service Advisor.

-Other duties as assigned.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responding to leads in round robin from CRM within 5 minutes or less if not with a client

- Hitting output goals of 50 outbound calls/texts/email per day or 3 appointments or 1 sold car

- Staying on top of leads and responding quickly to leads and requests

- Documenting all notes from any lead interaction inside of CRM and only communicating through CRM

- Staying on top of paperwork needed to complete a vehicle sale

- Keeping work area clean and organized daily

- Assisting with keeping lot clean and organized

- Participating in daily one-on-one with the sales manager and looking to improve sales craft daily

- Pushing team around you when needed to get the sale if needing their help

- Striving to hit job-related KPIs

- Following up with clients with pending CITs about any stips or missing information for funding

WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up with completed sales and ask for a review and for feedback on how the experience was

- Help with inventory organization as needed
- Study product knowledge

MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review previous months' data and performance, and study data with your assigned manager to find improvements.
- Create a plan for improvement for the coming month and utilize measurable goals
